Coming off a painful break up that was the deepest relationship of her life thus far, she began Mystics at the very challenging emotional time. Initially with low emotional intelligence (Emotion Level 1) and limited body sensing intelligence (Body Level 2) and with intermittent awareness of subtle energy (spiritual intelligence (Spiritual Level 2). She spent most of her time in her mind, while numbing her emotions and without even knowing when her state changed or when an emotion was arising.
Yet by the time she graduated from Mystics Illuminare (Level 1) she had become much more embodied (Body Level 4), her spiritual state access was now such that she could feel the infinite quality of Spacious Awareness as her stable baseline in all moments (Spiritual Level 3) and her emotional intelligence grew so much (Emotion Level 5) that it became artful to watch her, feel and release her own emotions moment to moment, but even more inspiring she has become a prominent Online Influencer and Coach empowering other people to feel, release and heal.
What was once some thing she was very unskillful at and created a lot of suffering, became some thing she relatively quickly mastered, and now is able to help others with. Best of all she feels like she is living her purpose in helping others heal and awaken, and she met the man of her dreams with whom she can share a beautiful secure reciprocal
